The Value of

Discussions on the value of creativity for businesses

This panel discussion arose from the recommendations of the Towards a Creative Dún Laoghaire project report. Research findings indicated a lack of understanding about the value of creativity for businesses. As a direct response IADT’s Public Design Lab (PDL), supported by project partners, Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council’s Arts Office and DLR Economic Development Unit, decided to invite a small group of creatives, connected to IADT to participate in a important discussion around the value of creativity.

My role was to conduct a sense-making exercise to extract the main insights covered in the discussion and to design a poster to communicate the value potential of creativity for businesses, beyond its typical understanding.
